Rethinking Window Installation And Facade Integration
Simpler installation. Smarter sequencing. Consistent architectural detailing.
The TEROCO RP200 Liner represents a major evolution of our existing RP200 Profile, bringing window installation and external reveal finishing together in one coordinated solution.
Developed for windows and doors, this extruded aluminium liner incorporates integrated gasket channels and forms a precise perimeter around the opening. It provides a clearly defined termination point for surrounding facade finishes while maintaining clean, consistent shadow gaps.
On suitable brick-slip facade designs, the RP200 Liner removes the need to return brick slips into the window reveals. The aluminium liner forms the finished reveal, reducing the materials, cutting and specialist labour associated with traditional returns.

A defined perimeter interface gives window, brickwork, render and facade contractors a clear detail to work towards.
The RP200 Liner provides greater flexibility in the sequencing of external works, supporting earlier window installation and faster progress towards a weather-tight building. Surrounding facade finishes can then follow in accordance with the agreed construction sequence.
This helps reduce coordination demands, repeat visits and reliance on individually formed site details.
The profile creates a controlled and consistently proportioned shadow gap around the window perimeter. This produces a sharper and more refined transition between the glazing system and the building facade, helping maintain the architect’s original design intent across the entire project.
Instead of relying on variable site-applied sealant joints to define the finished appearance, RP200 provides a precise, engineered detail that can be repeated from one opening to the next.
Available in the 216 colours of the Classic RAL range, the RP200 Liner can match the external window finish or create a deliberate contrasting surround.
Key Benefits
Manufactured from extruded aluminium, the RP200 Liner incorporates two integrated gaskets that seal directly against the window frame. The primary connection between the window and profile therefore does not rely on an exposed mastic joint.
The corners are mitred, sealed and mechanically joined using aluminium cleats. An integrated powder-coated aluminium cill can also be included where required, creating a coordinated and watertight perimeter detail around all four sides of the window.
The RP200 Liner was developed through TEROCO’s extensive experience in the design, co-ordination and installation of windows and doors throughout Ireland.
It combines practical installation knowledge with architectural detailing to provide an integrated solution for main contractors, architects and clients. By improving construction sequencing, simplifying facade interfaces and delivering a consistently superior finish, the RP200 Liner establishes a new approach to the installation of windows and doors.
The TEROCO RP200 Liner is available exclusively as part of a TEROCO installation.
