About TEROCO
TEROCO supplies and installs windows and doors for commercial and domestic projects, from large-scale commercial contracts to home extensions and replacements—and everything in between.
We are seeking an organised and technically capable Architectural Technician / Project Manager to co-ordinate projects from design development and technical approval through to manufacture, delivery and installation.
Working closely with our sales team, suppliers, architects, contractors and installation crews, you will translate project requirements into accurate technical information and manage the coordination required to deliver each project successfully.
Key Responsibilities
A qualification in Architectural Technology, Construction Management or a related discipline, or relevant practical experience.
Experience in architectural technology, technical co-ordination or construction project management.
Proficiency in AutoCAD.
Ability to interpret architectural drawings and develop practical construction details.
A sound understanding of building construction, weathering, airtightness and thermal performance.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage several projects simultaneously.
Clear communication skills and a proactive approach to resolving problems.
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
A full driving licence and willingness to travel to project sites.
Knowledge of relevant Irish Building Regulations and industry standards.
