TEROCO Windows & Doors are leading the way in the design and integration of Alu-Wood Systems into buildings’ facades and as such we have developed our own extruded aluminium render/brick profile.
The ‘TEROCO RP200 Profile‘ is unique to TEROCO Installations. It is fitted to the frameless VELFAC System 200 Alu-Wood Window System to from a shadow gap around the window whilst enabling external finishes to be completed after the window installation.
Architects and designers have long specified the V200 Glazing System due to its narrow sightline and bi-modular design.
TEROCO have identified a solution to sequencing the integration of the VELFAC System within new facades thus enabling all types of finishes to be completed after the window installation.
The ‘TEROCO RP200 Profile’ has the benefit of speeding up programmes while enhancing and maintaining the shadow gap detail which has always been the aesthetic that Architects and Designers desire.
The profile itself is made from extruded aluminum which incorporates two integrated gaskets to seal the window and does not rely on mastic. The corners are cleated and sealed. The Profile can be painted to any RAL colour to match your bespoke glazing system.
The corners are mitred and joined with aluminium cleats (with integrated aluminium cill if required) forming a watertight seal to all four sides of the window.
